Jackel Enterprises believes in the responsible utilization of our wood resources. We believe that sustaining lumber resources is dependant on using the best quality available. With proper maintenance products made with quality materials will last for generations. We subscribe to the philosophy expounded by the Japanese temple builders, ≥Harvest a tree a thousand years old, nurture and plant a new tree, build a temple to last for a thousand years.

Green lumber solutions include salvaged and recycled materials, FSC certified material, and Box Beams.

Jackel provides a number of salvaged and recycled materials such as Redwood, Western Red Cedar and Douglas Fir. These materials come from a variety of sources such as housing and building demos, water tank salvage, river recovered logs and a host of other sources.

Jackel Enterprises, Inc. has been formally acknowledged by the ?SmartWood Program of the ?Rainforest Alliance to be certified as a Chain-of-Custody company.
