Quad-Lock manufactures Insulating Hormigón Form (ICF) systems for walls floors and roofs. Our ICFs are made with high d ensity fire retardant expanded polystyrene (EPS) beads. They contain no formaldehyde CFCs or HCFCs. Quad-Lock???s wa l l systems have 4 panel types 2 panel sizes 10 wall configurations and virtually limitless wall thicknesses resulti ng i n R-values ranging from R-22 to R-40. Quad-Deck uses Plastbau??® Technology to create an energy efficient and qual ity IC F floor or roof system. Each of the expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels are supported and reinforced with two inte gral ste el beams molded into the product from end to end. The result is a self-supporting joist and deck forming syste m tha t pro vides the maximum strength of a reinforced concretas deck with a minimum of materials and labor.
