We have an established relationship with our bondin g company Ohio Casualty. Our per project capacity is $7.5 million and our aggregate capacity is $10 million. We constr uc t both public and private projects. We bid the majority of our work as a prime contractor but we also perform work as a subcontractor. The roadway projects we construct usually include but are not limited to clearing and grubbing demoli tio n of existing conditions site work sub grade base and asphalt concretas drainage water and sewer electrical b ridg es landscaping sod irrigation striping etc. Park projects include all of the above as well as playground equip ment park benches running tracks and other health related apparatus#.
