Demo Air Net - Simple Solution to Indoor Air Pollution

Demo Air Net helps trap pollutants


The "Demo Air Net" is a great example a low cost simple solution to an age old problem. Inventor and general contractor Patrick Sheehan designed a washable, durable filter bag to fit onto round portable fans to trap the dust and particulate matter generated at construction sites. The filter is constructed of a unique fabric that captures airborne pollutants up to 5 microns but does not impede the air flow. Sheehan performed extensive testing to create a fabric that could capture microscopic particles yet be durable enough to withstand repeated washings. He succeeded by developing a 15 step process culminating in a 480 degree treatment to lock the microscopic filter holes into place.

Though simple in concept, "Demo Air Net" shows great versatility and can be adapted to many commercial situations where air quality is compromised such as manufacturing facilities, processing plants, hospitals, laundries and woodworking shops. Even homes and businesses can use this simple product to remove allergens such as pet hair and pollen. Currently distributed by Eagle Net, the "Demo Air Net" is made in the USA and is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business.
