Eric Corey Freed Takes a Look at a Sustainable or Unsustainable Future

Eric Corey Freed, principal or OrganicArchitect and author of Green Building for Dummies, gave a talk before a group of architects and designers during which he took a look at the future of buildings if mankind were to disappear.  He contrasted the grim future of a planet constructed in a non-sustainable way with the positive future of a sustainably constructed planet.  Eric closed his talk with a look at some of his favorite sustainable materials, including kirei, plyboo, icestone, vetrazzo and alkemi, eleek, ecotop, orangepiel, and lulan.  To learn more about Eric and Organic Architect, visit the Organic Architect Website.
