IdeaPaint: Turn any wall into a Dry-Erase Wall!



Yaakov from buildaroo.com spoke with Marcus, head of marketing for IdeaPaint. IdeaPaint is a paint that transforms any surface into a dry-erase board, and it has proven to work when applied to refrigerator doors, chairs, tables, walls, and even iphone covers! It is a great sustainable alternative to the conventional white board and, according to Marcus, it is currently the top performing dry erase surface on the market. Ideapaint comes with a 5 year warranty for residential use and a 10 year warranty for commercial use. The paint comes in 9 different colors including grey, beige, orange, purple, blue, and white!

In terms of its environmental friendliness, IdeaPaint is formaldehyde free, it is a water-based product, and it conforms to stringent EPA standards for air quality. And once it's dry, the company claims that it no longer releases any harmful gas. In addition, since this product is a paint there’s nothing to throw out. You apply it directly over the existing wall or surface in your home. When you’re ready for something new, just paint over it.
