Jinko: From Ingots to Wafers!

Tali from buildaroo.com interviewed Anita from Jinko. Anita spoke about the solar PV panels manufactured by Jinko. Jinko perceives Obama's policy promoting the solar industry as an opportunity to enter the U.S. market. All aspects of Jinko's PV manufacturing are currently oversees.

Jinko's solar manufacturing runs all the way from the ingots to the actual assembled panel. The ingots manufactured by Jinko are either a monocrystalline or polycrystalline technology. After manufacturing the ingots, they are cut into thin slices of 5-6 inches in order to manufacture the solar wafers which go onto the solar panel.

Jinko offers a 25 year warranty for their product and, if there are issues with the product, they also provide service.

Jinko expects their product's power capacity to increase from 350 to 400 megawatts by the end of this year! Way to go Jinko. Check out the Jinko Solar website keep looking through our site for more videos on sustainable companies and products.
