ParexLaHabra - Offering Various Sustainable Products for the Building Industry

Tali was given an interview with Jamie from ParexLaHabra, and he was very helpful in describing the company. LaHabra is a parent company that owns some of the largest eves and stucco manufacturers in the country. LaHabra has an exclusive "dustless" technology process for thin-set mortars for ceramic tile. They create less dust and less pollution. They also require less water for manufacturing. LaHabra is one of the largest EFS (Exterior Facade System) manufacturers in the U.S. They manufacture a highly energy efficient exterior cladding which incorporates an exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS) using polystyrene foam (EPS) and an acrylic finish. Combined this creates an extremely insulated and efficient facade. LaHabra is the only manufacturer to use dustless technology and their EIFS system. LaHabra is headquartered in Anaheim California, but can help provide LEED points to construction, through the efficiency of their systems, as well as the local nature of their products. LaHabra has three separate manufacturing facilities just in California.
