LED Ecobulb Divided Into Six Compartments Offers Directional Lighting

Here's a super cool new LED bulb that we just came across - the LED EcoBulb by Seokjae Rheean. This LED bulb is divided into six compartments and in this way allows for multi-directional lighting - you choose the parts of the bulb from which you want the light to shine. This bulb can also be dimmed and comes with a remote control. Now there's no question that this is a super cool technology, but my question is what is the ROI? I mean this type of technology can't be cheap to build, so how cost-effective is it really going to be to the consumer? Saving energy is important, and cool features definitely add to marketability, but the reality still remains that products need to make somewhat financial sense to reach a broad enough market. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a mention of price anywhere online. Anyone have a clue what this product costs?
