I would like to see LEDs with static light, not hight frequency pulsed and with a healthy spectrum. I fear we'll have to endure being driven mad and called hyper-sensible psychos for a long time. But one day you will see that this technique with potential is implemented under technical and marketing aspects only. Not for solving a problem. If you have green electric power and if you do the math including the good old bulb in your cost of heating, the bulb might be greener at winter.
