Home energy management systems are becoming increasingly common in the electronics device marketplace. The eMonitor from Powerhouse Dynamics is a unique home energy management system in that it is designed to perform its various functions at the circuit rather than device level.

Typical home energy management systems involve individual monitoring plugs for each device being tracked. The Powerhouse Dynamics eMonitor home energy management system tracks each device by the circuit into which it is plugged. Every circuit in the house is monitored and analyzed and then displayed on a web-based “dashboard” that a consumer can access directly, or with iPhone and iPad applications.
