At this year's Greenbuild conference, Vermont Natural Coatings displayed their PolyWhey wood finish, a natural environmentally safe finish with a low VOC content. This wood finish uses Whey protein as the binder to create a finish that is both durable and eco-friendly. The PolyWhey wood finish can be applied to furniture, flooring, and exterior surfaces. It is easy to apply, self levels and can be used in both commercial and residential applications. Vermont Natural Coating's PolyWhey wood finish received the top ten green product award in Boston 2008's Greenbuild. They were the only wood finish awarded the top 10. This product has been selling for the last 2 years.
